Warning: It's almost the same as the 1978-2004 Warner Home Video Warning Screen, except the box is on a white outline, the white box section and the black text swapped and the red "WARNING" is removed and it is on a different font and its on a blue background. The red word "WARNING" is shown above.

Availability: Seen on most releases from Cannon Video.
Scare Factor: Like most warnings in this format, low to medium. Seeing the FBI logo and warning text inside one entire square is rather foreboding. None for those used to it.
