Warning: On a black background, we see the colored FBI seal, the red words "FBI Warning" and below is the white warning text.

Availability: Seen on FUNimation releases from 2001-2009. Also seen on Our Time Family Entertainment releases such as Connie the Cow: Connie and Friends, and many post-2008 NCircle Entertainment releases such as Sid the Science Kid. However, 4Kids Entertainment releases distributed by FUNimation use that company's respective warning screen from the era.
