Visuals: Same as the 1979 Warner Home Video warning.

Variant: On some tapes, a "shadow" effect on the "WARNING" text has been spotted.

Technique: A digital graphic.

Audio: None.

Availability: Seen on early York Entertainment releases.

1996-2001

Visuals: Almost the same as the 1979 Warner Home Video warning, except only a white square is shown, with a red "WARNING" blinking in and out of view, a la the 1982 FHE/USA/IVE warning. Then, three seconds later, the black warning text in a different font appears below "WARNING."

Variant: Some releases have the text in a different font and aligned to the center.

Technique: "WARNING" blinking and the text appearing.

Audio: None.

Availability: Seen on York Entertainment releases and it was also used by Aurora Home Entertainment.

1997-2007? (Maverick eras)

Visuals: Same as the 1997 Maverick Entertainment warning.

Variant: On later releases, the bar is larger, no colon on "FBI WARNING," and the text font is different.

Technique: A digital graphic.

Audio: None.

Availability: Same as the last warning. This was also seen on ADV Films releases both distributed by York Entertainment (1997-2007?) and Maverick Entertainment (1997-present).

2001-2007

Pioneer Entertainment (1998)

Visuala: Same as the 1999 Pioneer/Geneon warning.

Variant: On York Entertainment releases from the early 2000s to 2007, the word "FBI" is bold while the warning text is rearranged.

Technique: A digital graphic.

Audio: None.

Availability: Common. Seen on later York Entertainment releases up until 2007.
