2002–2007 (Alternate A)

Warning: Same as the 2000 Urban Vision warning.

Variant: A prototype variant exists, where the early variant is used.

Availability: Seen on some earliest Shout! Factory DVD releases, such as The Super Mario Bros. Super Show!: Volume 1 and 2, The Legend of Zelda: The Complete Series, The Best of the Electric Company and Freaks and Geeks: The Complete Series. It was also seen on some Lionsgate and Trimark DVDs from the late 1990s to the early 2000s as well as some of Urban Vision's releases such as Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust on DVD, and the 2003 Capitol Records DVD of Coldplay: Live 2003. The prototype variant appears on releases by Shout!'s precursor, Retropolis Entertainment, and Shout! releases from spring 2003.

Factory DVDs and Blu-rays of the era, such as My Little Pony: Twinkle Wish Adventure, early DVD volumes of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic (this also makes surprise reappearances on Spring into Friendship and Pony Trick or Treat, from 2018), My Little Pony: Equestria Girls, Mystery Science Theater 3000: The Movie, the first three seasons of The Angry Beavers, Upright Citizens Brigade: Automatic Sprinkler System Shutdown Siamese Connection Alternative Theatre, and the first three volumes of CatDog. It was also seen a few Universal Music Group DVDs from the late 2000s and early 2010 and an FYC DVD of Spotlight.

Warning: Almost the same as the later variant of the 2003 Kultur warning, except the FBI seal is generic, the warning text is in Helvetica instead of Arial, and the warning is not encased in a blue border.

Factory DVDs, such as Sonic the Hedgehog (SATAM): The Complete Series, Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors, and Stargate Infinity: The Complete Series. The warning also makes a surprise appearance on the 2008 Kultur DVD of Burn the Floor: The New Show - Floor Play.

Warning: Same as the 2005 Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment FBI Anti-Piracy Warning screen.

Variants:

• This warning may appear in widescreen or fullscreen, depending on the aspect ratio of each DVD.
• Sometimes the warning fades in and out. Other times it cuts in and out.
• Sometimes the warning is brighter and slightly vertically squished.
• On the 2013 Blu-rays of Transformers Prime: Beast Hunters and Cockneys vs. Zombies, the Blu-ray variant of the 2004 20th Century Studios Home Entertainment warning is used, except brighter.
• On the 2016 DVD of Littlest Pet Shop: Mysteries at the Pet Shop, the warning is placed over the background of the Shout! Kids logo, with the text being the same as on the 2005 Sony Pictures Home Entertainment warning.
• On the 2016 UHD of Flight of the Butterflies, the Blu-ray variant of the Sony Pictures Home Entertainment warning is used.
• On DVDs of Mystery Science Theater 3000, the warning is placed over the background of the second Shout! Factory logo, with the text being the same as on the 2005 Sony Pictures Home Entertainment warning.
• On some releases, the warning fades in and out.

Availability: This is an alternate warning screen that appears on select Blu-rays. Titles that have this include Halloween II and III (the first Blu-rays to have it), Prince of Darkness, Knightriders, Freaks and Geeks: The Complete Series (Blu-ray Collector's Edition), Midnight Run, Streets of Fire, and Candyman, as well as some DVDs, such as Memphis and Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir: Volume 1, and UHDs such as The Deer Hunter, They Live, Prince of Darkness, ParaNorman, and The Magnificent Seven. It also appears on Gravitas Ventures releases from 2016-18, the 2016 Freestyle Digital Media DVD of The Masked Saint, the 2019 1091 Media DVD of The Cat Rescuers, and the 2018 Ronin Flix Blu-ray of Hardware.

Availability: Appears on the 25th Anniversary Edition Blu-ray of UHF (the 2015 DVD reissue instead uses MGM's warning) and the 2016-2017 World Series Champions DVDs (Chicago Cubs for 2016, Houston Astros for 2017). It will soon be available on Warner Bros. content on DVD/Blu-ray this year from Shout Studios, such as the 1967-1969 Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies cartoons.
