Opening To Muppets From Space 1999 VHS

Bumper: On a black background, the sentence "what if :) was" types itself on the screen, in green, and then an image of Kermit the Frog's face types itself in after that. The sentence stops typing itself, and then the viewer's screen fades to a close up of the same sentence being typed in, except wit the smiley emoticon being replaced with :|), and the fact that Animal's face appears instead of Kermit's. The camera turns as soon as it has seen the :|) emoticon. It then slowly pans away from the sentence, but in the process, shows the viewer Animal's face. The viewer then sees a flashlight zoom past, and after that, sees an electrical circuit in action. The screen then fades to a black background, which contains the URL "www.muppetworld.com", also in green. A second later, the Jim Henson Interactive logo fades in on the bottom right.

FX/SFX: The sentence typing itself, the fading, the camera panning, and the animation in everything else.

Music/Sounds: The end credits theme for The Muppet Show.

Availability: Rare. It can be seen on the 1999 Columbia/TriStar Home Video VHS release of Muppets From Space.

Scare Factor: None to low, since you may not be expecting to see Animal's face.
