Warning: On a white background, we see a black square with the FBI logo. On the right of it is the text in black. It looks the same as the 1990-1993 Hanna-Barbera Home Video warning.

Scare Factor: Minimum. Some might be freaked out by the weird-looking FBI logo, but it's otherwise harmless.
3rd Warning (1997-2004)
Warning: On a black background, we see a black square on the left with the standard FBI logo in white, and the generic text in a white box on the right with the red word "WARNING" on the top. It looks the same as the 1981-2004 Warner Home Video warning.

4th Warning (1997-2011)
Warning: On a black background, we see a red square with the white FBI letters in a somewhat thin font and the blue FBI logo below the letters at the top left. On the right and bottom of the logo we see the generic warning text in white.

Availability: Used for PBS DVD releases. Also seen on early HBO DVDs.
Scare Factor: Low to medium, like most FBI warnings of this kind. The thin font for "FBI" is an eyesore to look at.
5th Warning (2004-2011)
Warning: We see the warning text (in an ITC Korinna font) over a mauve/white gradient wallpaper of Paramount logos. It looks the same as the early DVD variant of the 1989 Paramount Home Media Distribution warning.

6th Warning (2004-2011) (Alternate)
Warning: On a navy blue background, we see the warning text in the same font as the fifth warning screen. It looks the same as the 2002 variant of the 1989 Paramount Home Media Distribution warning.

7th Warning (2011-)
Warning: On a gray background with the PBS Circle P-head logo in the background, we see the words "WARNING" in yellow. Under it is the white warning text.
