Bumper: On a blue/black gradient background, we see a large white Closed Captioned logo with a gray drop shadow set in the middle. It then zooms out to the left and then to the lower right of the screen and the following white words (also with gray drop shadow) fade in on the left:

Variant: On some tapes, the background is green/black gradient, the Closed Captioned logo zooms out to the lower left, and the text fades in on the right.
