Availability: Seen on most Viz Video releases from the era. It also appeared on Pioneer Entertainment releases of Pokemon, in place of Pioneer's own warning from the period.
Scare Factor: None, but some may be jarred by the sudden appearance of either the 4Kids Productions or the Viz Video logo shown after this.
Early 2000s-Early 2010s
Warning: It's almost the same as the 1981-2004 Warner Home Video warning screen, except the text in the white square is more modern-looking "FBI" and the FBI seal are out of place near the square, "FBI" isn't in bold, and the FBI seal is colored.
FX/SFX: Same as above.
Cheesy Factor: It looks like it was thrown together in MS Paint in a few minutes.
Music/Sounds: Same as above.
